Become a member or Renew your membership with Blind Sports Organization - Printable form - BSO Membership


Type of Memberships with BSO

$8 – Athlete
$5 – Volunteer (optional donation)
$15 – Friends of BSO
$25 – Professional
$50 – Organization or Corporation

The membership fees cover: publication of the newsletter and some costs of serving our Mission.  Please make checks or money orders payable to: BSO.  Thank you!

Please return completed membership application and fees to: BSO, 465 Maplewood Road, Springfield, PA 19064.  Memberships are valid until Dec. 31, 2012.

You can now help Blind Sports Organization by donating Online with Paypal. With Paypal you can donate any amount of your choice. This is the easiest and best way to donate to Blind Sports Organization. You can direct your donation for use for a specific purpose (i.e. general fund, sport, chapter, team, athlete, etc.).

Please make tax deductible donation by Paypal online payable to Blind Sports Organization.

*If your business would like to sponsor an athlete, equipment, or an event, please let us know. We can print your name in newsletters and programs, and/or put it on T-shirts.
